T.T.T.TV. (April 28)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Dragon's, Vikings and Don Draper

1. Game of Thrones (HBO 9/8c)

Last week's episode is arguably one of the best episodes of the show, and since all that energy was expended during the last hour this weeks will probably be a little slower. From the clip it looks like we will finally get an episode where Rob actually does something, Tywin is planning to save his son and Arya is condemning someone to burn in hell. I know it wont be as good as last week but I am still super excited for what comes next.

2. Mad Men (AMC 10/9c)

As much as the previews for next episode of Mad Men usually give up, this weeks we actually get a couple of clips from the same party. So my prediction for something that will happen this episode is simple: The main characters will attend a party. I'm getting good at this.

3. Vikings (History Channel 10/9c)

In order for Ragnar to get King Horrik to hep him attack Britain he needs to settle some sort of land dispute with another tribe of Vikings. Everything seems to be going well until his wife starts having dreams about his fate. If this is the last episode of Vikings ever I will be utterly disappointed if we don't get a resolution of the British conflict and if this is the end is Ragnar going to die? I really hope not.

T.T.T.TV. (April 21)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Don Draper, Jon Snow and Ragnar Lothbrok

1. Game of Thrones(HBO 9/8c)

Daenerys gets her army, Cersei is trying to take out the Tyrells, the Hound might be in too deep and from the editing it looks like Jon Snow might be taking a little trip over the wall. But the least exiting sub plot is if Theon will make it out alive. All I really want is him to be killed in a spectacular fashion, come on HBO give me that at least.

2. Mad Men (AMC 10/9c)

If you take the YouTube clip into consideration you'll see Stan being sneaky, Joan being snarky and every one else saying a couple lines that have absolutely no context. And with that here is another one of my weekly not-bold-at-all predictions: Stan's bear will look bushier than ever.

3. Vikings (History Channel 10/9c)

War is coming but instead of that(we'll have to wait until next week for that) it looks like we are getting an episode where the Vikings led by Ragnar go on a spiritual journey where they will have to sacrifice someone, that doesn't sit to well with the priest. But my main takeaway from the clip is that is that Donal Logue(Terriers, Grounded for Life) is playing a Viking leader of his own. I have a feeling this series is going to have an epic ending.

T.T.T.TV. (April 14)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Vikings, Mad Kings and Mad Men

1. Game of Thrones (HBO 9/8c)

Daenerys is putting together her army, little Arya has just been found out as a Stark, Brianne and Jamie Lannister are all but goners and for some reason Theon Greyjoy is still alive. Things we don't see in the preview: What happened to the Hound? Is old lady Tyrelle still gossiping over lemon cakes and cheese? Has Joffrey gotten his suit back from the Tailor? This season seems to be shaping up nicely and I hope to get a little more action soon instead of all this place setting.

2. Mad Men (AMC 10/9c)

Since Matthew Wiener doesn't like to put anything in the trailer for the next episode that will spoil anything, we get another thirty second clip of people saying things like "I didn't think you were capable of something like that" or " he'll never know." To whom and in what context those lines are said will forever be a mystery(well unless you watch the show). Since we get nothing from the clip here is my one prediction of something that will happen: Pete Campbell will act like a dick at least twice this episode.

3. Vikings (History Channel 10/9c)

I was all wrong about Earl Haraldson getting killed off last week, but in the end it is probably a lot better for the show to have Ragnar in charge so they can make it too England and start pillaging, In the preview it looks like Ragnar is using the old ransom trick to get his bank built up, I wonder in the king who seems extremely pissed off is going to let this slide. My guess is no. And with only two episodes left after this one, you can only imagine that this will be building to the final conflict.

T.T.T.TV. (April 7)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Don Draper, Tyrion Lannister and Ragnar Lothbrok

1. Mad Men (AMC 10/9c)

The sixth season starts off with an episode that no critic was allowed to talk about. It was so secretive that Pete's new sideburns are the only thing I know about it. Mad Men is easily one of the best shows on TV and if you aren't watching it, then I don't know why you're reading my TV posts (just kidding I appreciate all the eyes I can get).

2. Game of Thrones (HBO 10/9c)

The second episode of the new season will give us a peak at what a few of the other characters that you love are up to. We get to see where Arya is and if she has gotten anyone killed lately and we also get to see if Brienne has chopped of Jamie Lannisters head yet. My guess is neither of those things happened but I am excited to find out what did. My one demand though is more dragons, come on HBO splurge on the special effects budget.

3. Vikings (History 10/9c)

When Ragnor finds out that his brother was tortured by the Earl, he challenges him to a one on one fight. I don't imagine either one dying this early in the season but this battle is definitely setting up a bigger conflict between the two later on. This show is one of my favorite new shows and it seems to be only getting better, I hope that History decides to pick it up for another season because that would be great.

T.T.T.TV. (March 31)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Swords, Axes and Fire, Lots of Fire

1. Game of Thrones (HBO 9/8c)

The third season is supposedly the one that the guys in charge were most excited to make. Hearing that made me even more excited then I already was, which means GoT gets the number one spot on a crowded Sunday night. What will Tyrion do about being shoved aside by his family? How will Deanerys' plans to get her throne back go? And will Hodor become the hero and star of the show everyone wants?

2. The Walking Dead (AMC 9/8c)

The season finale means one thing, the conflict with the Governor will come to an end. How that happens and how many people will die seems up to Rick which probably means that he will pick the wrong thing to do and then get a lot of people dead. In the comics (which are very different than the show) when this conflict ended almost half of the group was killed so I would not be surprised to see a fair number of the cast kick the bucket. What I really want to happen though is that the Governor gets an awesome farewell, like with flames and explosions. Is there any other way that he could go out?

3. Vikings (The History Channel 10/9c)

Earl Haraldson learns from a seer (psychic) that Ragnor wants him dead and that is not something the Earl takes to kindly to. So instead of taking precautions and preparing himself, he decides to take action and burn Ragnor's home and farm to the ground. From seeing how Ragnor is after four episodes I don't think he will be too happy with the Earl and I expect some sort of fight which is always a good thing on this show.

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Zombies, Girls and Vikings

1. The Walking Dead (AMC 9/8c)

The zombie show that can't afford to have too many zombies in each episode is building up to a crazy season finale. There is a war coming and Rick and his group are right smack dab in the middle. Who is going to make it out alive and who is going to meet their untimely fate. Well we'll have to wait and see but for this week we get the place setting with Milton alerting Andrea to what's really going on and hopefully we get some more of Tyreese.

2. Girls (HBO 9/8c)

The season finale of the second season and Hannah's OCD is on full blast, Adam is off the wagon and Marnie is incredibly insecure (what's new). I have enjoyed a lot about this season, especially the focus on the other characters, but it has had it's shaky moments (the episode where Hannah meets, sleeps with, and just plain creeps out a random guy) the could really make the landing difficult. If this season's finale is anything like last season expect Lena Dunham to be naked and eating some food at some point in the episode.

3. The Vikings (History Channel 10/9c)

After a successful raid to the west Ragnar has to explain himself to the Earl. I imagine it won't go to well and Ragnar will still end up doing what he wants. At what point in the season are we going to see and Ragnar versus Earl full on fight. This series is incredible considering the channel it's on so if you aren't already watching it, get on it now.

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Zombies, Vikings and a Whole Bunch of Washed Up Celebrities

1. The Walking Dead (AMC 9/8c)

Last weeks episode was by far one of my favorites. Not only did Rick find Morgan but he also realized just how crazy he was after comparing himself to Morgan and hopefully from now on he will understand that his visions are just that, visions. From what I can tell from the name of the episode and the clip on YouTube this week's episode looks quiet promising as well. Herschel, Rick and Darryl are out at what looks like a deserted power plant to meet you the one and only Governor. I can't wait to see how he betray's Rick and his people.

2. Vikings (History Channel 10/9c)

The premiere episode introduced us to our main Vikings and also set the table for the possible confrontation between Ragnar and the Earl. This week we see how Ragnar will go about putting his crew together behind the back of the Earl. When will the start plundering, that's what I want to see.

3. Celebrity Apprentice (NBC 9/8c)

This season of Celebrity Apprentice is an All Stars version of Trump's so called "reality" TV show. What that means is, a whole bunch of washed up celebrities that lost their first time on the show. (Brett Michael's was the only returning winner.) After seeing the first episode I can already tell why Trump brought back the people he did (Omarosa and a Deal or No Deal model are celebrities?), because he knew that they would stir up trouble and they didn't disappoint. Even during the pre-competition board room you had Omarosa throwing people under the bus. What will reality TV's biggest villain do this week.
