T.T.T.TV. (May 15)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

A Family, a Psychic and Some Geniuses

1. Psych (USA Network 10/9c)

Gus becomes the most popular radio DJ in Santa Barbara and is getting all the ladies but how will it all turn out? My guess is someone is going to be murdered and Shawn is going to Gus' new fame to find the killer with a lot of peripheral high jinks happening.

2. Modern Family (ABC 9/8c)

The last episode before the season finale is usually a place setter for dramatic shows, when it comes to comedy though it's just another episode. This weeks Modern Family looks just like that we got Jay, Gloria and Manny playing charades while Phil and his kids are in an RV, possibly on a road trip. Although I am not expecting much what I am expecting is to laugh out loud because Modern Family is one of the better comedies on TV and it usually comes through on that front.

3. The Big Brain Theory: Pure Genius (Discovery Channel 10/9c)

A half hour reality TV competition that pits some of the worlds smartest people against each other in different challenges every week. The show begins with a problem and each contestant has to come up with a way to solve the problem and present it to a panel of judges. The two people with the best plan become the team captains for that episode and have to pick there teams school yard fashion. The teams then have to put their plans in motion, creating and building any thing they need in order to prove their solution was the best. The winning team is safe that episode and one member of the losing team has to leave. So far I have seen the first episode and all I can tell you is that it is fun to see really smart people do really smart things. Maybe I'm jsut envious I can't do what they can.

T.T.T.TV. (May 14)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Reality TV Tuesday

1. So You Think You Can Dance (Fox 8/7c)

SYTYCD doesn't usually get really good until they are down to the top 10 or 12 but you can be sure there is going to be a couple of epic performances during the auditions and that is more or less why I watch. Bring on the dancers.

2. The Voice (NBC 9/8c)

It looks like The Voice is back to two days a week which means tonight is the elimination episode. They change up the format all the time on this show so I'm not sure if they will be eliminating the four people with the lowest amount of votes or if it will be the one person from each team with the lowest that gets eliminated. Here are my predictions for both scenarios: four with the lowest votes will be Vedo, Kris Thomas, The Swan Brothers and Garrett Gardner. If they go by the lowest on each team the people being eliminated will be Vedo, Kris Thomas, The Swan Brothers and Amber Carrington.

3. Wipeout (ABC 8/7c)

People running through an obstacle course for the sole purpose of wiping out. Yes please!

T.T.T.TV. (May 9)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

A Season Premiere, a Season Finale and a Seasoned Human Corpse

1. Community (NBC 8/7c)

In my mind this season of Community has been a hit. I don't know how the ratings are doing and I know it is very unlikely that it comes back for another season but I do know I'll be watching if they do. If this is the last ever Community episode I hope it goes out with a bang and from the preview at least Jeff will have to stand up to his worst enemy, himself.

2. Hannibal (NBC 10/9c)

Last week we saw Jack and Graham chasing down the Chesapeake Ripper and what they discovered was far more interesting. It turns out that the actual killer (Hannibal) had recorded Jack's protegee telling him she was scared and then killed her. And to prove that Eddie Izzard was indeed not the Chesapeake Ripper Hannibal called Jack (without him knowing) and played the recording. If that wasn't enough he decided to give the FBI a hand with the investigation (he literally left Miriam's hand at the observatory for the FBI to find). It looks like they are hot on the trails of Hannibal but I'm sure he wont go down without a fight.Plus we get a nice cameo from Gillian Anderson, what more could we ask for?

3. Wipeout (ABC 8/7c)

Do you enjoy watching people get hit in the face and take tremendous falls? If you do then we should be friends, but also you should watch this TV show. I laugh every episode and although it doesn't really ever change (the obstacles change quite often but people are always getting smashed) the show is always entertaining.

T.T.T.TV. (March 21)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Troy and Abed and Archer and Meredith Grey on a Thursday

1. Archer (FX 10/9c)

This season has had some of the best episodes in the four seasons it's been on the air and last week was easily one of them. This week Lana and Archer are sent to Morocco to extract an agent, little do they know the agent walks on all fours and likes to piss outside, and I'm not talking about Lindsey Lohan.

2. Community (NBC 8/7c)

Last weeks Changnesia episode was kind of a let down. I wasn't surprised to see that Chang is just fooling everybody and I would be surprised if the guy he was talking to on the phone was the dean of the air conditioning college, John Goodman. This week it looks like the group is trying to help the college land a rich student that if he were to enroll would add a bunch of money to the school. Let's go Greendale!

3. Grey's Anatomy (ABC 9/8c)

Grey's makes its first appearance in the TTTV because of a slow night in the TV world but also because the Jackson is the boss story line is getting good. You have a whole bunch of extremely experienced and talented having to listen to the young upstart. It is a great dynamic. This week we find out if Dr. Shepard can handle a pregnant wife (my guess is yes) and if the baby is a boy, girl or antelope (hoping for antelope). The only thing that could stop this show is if Independence Day aliens came to earth and blew up the hospital.

T.T.T.TV. (March 19)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Raylan Givens, Gordon Ramsay and Louie Anderson...

1. Justified (FX 10/9c)

Raylan found out who Drew Thompson was, tracked him down (thanks to Johnny Crowder) and now has him in custody. The only problem is that Raylan still has to transfer him, but Boyd and his mafia colleagues still want Drew dead. Which mean's this episode is going to be action packed and hopefully Raylan gets too shoot people (maybe that guy who was on 'Yes, Dear'.

2. Hell's Kitchen (Fox 8/7c)

The first week is always the most entertaining because you get to pick your favorite contestants and see how they will work together this season. It looks like both teams are going to have a lot of trouble working together, but if that means Gordon Ramsay gets to berate more of them, I'm in.

3. Splash (ABC 8/7c)

This is a reality show where (d-list) celebrities are gong to be diving against one and other. The only reason I'm even putting this on the list is because I'm excited to see Louis Anderson jump into a pool headfirst.
