T.T.T.TV. (April 8)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Vampires, A Psycho and More Blind Auditions

1. Being Human (Syfy 9/8c)

The Vampire has to deal with the boy he turned (into a vampire), the werewolf that turned human and is now a werewolf again and is trying to find his inner wolf. While the ghost that was brought back to life then turned into a zombie is now back to being a ghost, has to deal with the witch she destroyed who is now a ghost(?) too. This is all happening in the third season finale. I wonder if the vampire is going to turn into a human and then back to a vampire.

2. Bates Motel (A&E 10/9c)

In the fourth episode of the first season we will get to see what Norman is really going through with seeing things that aren't really there. It also looks like the brother is going to start trying to protect Norman but if I've learned anything from the first few episodes is that Norma Bates doesn't do well when she is backed into a corner and someone usually ends up dead.

3. The Voice (NBC 8/7c)

I saw a brief TV spot yesterday telling me that this episode has some of the best blind auditions so far, and you know what that means, there are probably one or two great ones and we wont see at least two of the performers that actually get picked. Instead we will hear some very sad stories and see, I'm guessing, three people who didn't make it.

I will be doing this post Sunday to Thursday because there is nothing good on TV Friday and Saturday. If you want to follow me on Twitter or send me some feedback follow me at @AJ_Trevor

T.T.T.TV. (April 1)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Reality, Partial Reality and Unreality TV

1. The Voice (NBC 8/7c)

So far through the first two episodes The Voice has had some great singers. It is true that I skip everything but the performances but the performances have been so good (even by those who don't get picked) that I am the most excited about this reality show on a slow TV night. Will Shakira talk about Ushers third leg some more? You'll have to tune in to see.

2. Bates Motel (A&E 10/9c)

This show has been pretty interesting. I really like the relationship between Norman and the girl with cystic fibrosis, they are both sort of outcasts and have bonded over that. The only problem I have with the show is I find myself trying to figure out who the Bates' are going to murder next, I have a feeling the wayward son/brother Bates will be taking the big dirt nap.

3. Being Human (Syfy 9/8c)

The vampire and werewolf that used to be a werewolf and is now going to turn back into a werewolf are trying to save the ghost, who was reanimated into a zombie and is now going to die again so that she can become a ghost, from having her soul taken by a witch. Yes, all that is really happening.

T.T.T.TV. (March 25)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Blind Auditions, Paranormal Activity and A Bates Motel

1. The Voice (NBC 8/7c)

I love The Voice, it is easily the best reality singing competition on TV right now. That probably has something to do with the fact that they allow people who have had music contracts and some success in the industry into the competition. Never the less this season could easily be the most entertaining with Usher taking over for Cee Lo and Shakira taking Christina's chair. The new judges will help divide the talent and not all the powerful female voices will end up with Christina which should give Blake a chance to actually get people to join his team, although Usher is pretty famous.

2. Being Human (Syfy 9/8c)

Meanwhile in the house that a vampire, werewolf and ghost-turned-zombie share, there is a hunger for human flesh. Not only that but the vampire community need to drink werewolf blood in order to vaccinate themselves from a vampire illness. I swear this show is a lot more interesting then I make it out to be. Did I mention the vampire is dating a human history buff...

3. Bates Motel (A&E 10/9c)

Norma and Norman Bates have officially christened their new home by dumping their first body into the lake. I imagine there will be a lot more bodies in that lake before the end of the season. Maybe the helpless girl at the end of the first episode will be in the lake at the end of the season. Speaking of the helpless girl, who is holding her captive(Norma or Norman)? Where is she being held? Who is she? What is she being injected with? I know one thing, I will be hanging around this show until I at least find these things out.

T.T.T.TV. (March 18)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Yup! A Zombie, Werewolves, a Vampire and a Psycho

1. Being Human (Syfy 9/8c)

The vampire almost died, the werewolf that cured himself of being a werewolf is now a werewolf again and the one time ghost that was reanimated is now filled with a hunger for flesh. Yet, they all still live in some sort of weird harmony with each other. This week werewolf and one time ghost go find out if the other ghosts that were reanimated have a thirst for flesh and the vampire tries not to eat his new girlfriend.

2. Bates Motel (A&E 10/9c)

I have an admission to make, I have never seen Psycho. I haven't seen the original, the remake or the undoubtedly numerous sequels it spawned. What I do(think) know is that it is about a hotel that's run by a killer who really loves his mother(?). Sounds crazy. I am really interested how the networks are trying to create horror TV shows, and this one looks like they might have known what they are doing.

3. Storage Wars (A&E 9/8c & 9:30/8:30c)

Yuuuuuup! Storage Wars is back! Yeah, I read all the stuff that claimed the show was staged(it definitely is) and how Dave Hester was suing A&E but that won't stop me from being entertained by Barry so I'll put all that aside and get ready for a season of wondering if that item was placed their by production.

T.T.T.TV. (March 11)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Paranormal Roommates, a Time Traveler and a Fake Reality Show

1. Being Human (Syfy 9/8c)

The werewolf that isn't a werewolf anymore is now a werewolf again. The ghost who was reanimated is now becoming a flesh (animal flesh for now) eating zombie and the vampire was just infected with a virus that could potentially kill him. Will he die? Probably not, but the way this show works we could possibly get a ghost-vampire. Or would it be a vampire ghost?

2. Continuum (Syfy 8/7c)

The episode before the finale is usually called the penultimate episode because a lot of the story lines either come to an end or the start to cross and we start to see a bigger picture of what the show is about. Continuum is no different and in the second to last episode of it's first season Kiera and Carlos end up a Max's farm to stop his step brother and his friends from blowing the city up. Thank god for future cop.

3. Burning Love (E! 10/9c)

In honor of the Bachelor season finale one of my Top Three spots is given to the parody reality TV show that pokes all sorts of fun at the Bachelor series. If you like the Bachelor or just enjoy laughing in general take thrity minutes out of your day and check this show out.

T.T.T.TV (March 4)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Syfy's Monday Night

1. Being Human (Syfy 9/8c)

Sally is becoming a zombie and losing her hair, Aiden is going through blood withdrawals and Josh is being the same cool bro as always. Now only that it looks like the death of the teenage werewolf has made Josh's girlfriend ok with Aiden (?).

2. Continuum (Syfy 8/7c)

The eighth episode of the first season has a very video game feel, mainly because it is based around a video game. When two people end up committing murder suicides and there only common bond is that they tested software, Kiera decides to try the software herself. She ends up being controled and almost killing her partner. And she would of got away with it too if it wasn't for the meddling kid in the barn with all his gadgets.

3. Burning Love (E! 10/9c)

The parody Bachelor show is hilarious and if you enjoy these episodes at all go to yahoo.com and check out the second season which is being aired right now online.

T.T.T.TV (Feb.25)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

What's Better Than The Bachelor? What About a Parody?

1. Burning Love (E! 10/9c)

This is the series premiere of the Bachelor type parody show, where Ken Marino plays a firefighter who has been selected to become the next "bachelor." Ken Marino is one of the stars of Children's Hospital (a Grey's Anatomy parody) and if this show can play on the funny little things that CH does then I know this show will be hilarious. Plus the cast of women on it look amazing.

2. How I Met Your Mother (CBS 8/7c)

With all the skeptical bones in my body it's really hard to say this but, the writers of HIMYM are seemingly headed to reveal who the mother is by the end of this season. I will not hold my breath though, because that would be dangerous and what if I passed out and hit my head? Do you think Barney would care? (Oh, Monday TV...)

3. Being Human (Syfy 9/8c)

Since Monday TV is such a crapshoot Being Human has pretty much secured itself a spot in the top three. Now all the show has to do is get better and it will deserve it's spot. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad show. It's just all the story lines lately have been figuring themselves out in a matter of episodes. Can we get a season long arc?

T.T.T.TV (Feb. 18)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

What is on TV on Mondays?

1. How I Met Your Mother (CBS 8/7c)

This season hasn't been le-gen-wait for it-dary, and ever since it was renewed for another season the realization that in order to find out who the mother is you'll have to wait a whole other season. I think it would be cool if for the final season we get a sitcom where Bob Sagget (the voice of adult Ted) is the dad and the two kids he's been telling this 9 year long story too will have actual stories. They have shown us clips of the future before, why can't they have a whole season set there?

2. Being Human (Syfy 9/8c)

The ghost that is not a ghost anymore, but if she sees someone she new before she died they will die, runs into her brother this episode. Which means she has pretty much killed her brother. The only way she can think of stopping it from happening is to go see the witch. The witch doesn't take to kindly to them and that can probably only mean one thing Sally will give up being a not-ghost and go back to being a ghost to save her brother. (That is just a prediction and I have no actual knowledge, besides the clip, of what happens in this episode.)

3. Continuum (Syfy 8/7c)

The Syfy show is just entering the best episodes of the season. You are going to learn some things that make the show make so much more sense. If you still have not seen this show, find a way and watch the whole season now and hopefully you will be ready if they make a season 2.

T.T.T.TV (Feb. 11)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

No One Likes Mondays

1. How I Met Your Mother

It seems that before this show is over they are going to try and give Ted every possible stereotypical girlfriend. Last week it was the stalker, the week before that it was a young women who wants an older man. Where do they go from there, maybe a girl that isn't white. Maybe a blind women. Maybe a women with only one leg. The bad thing about this show is that I am almost positive that they have shown us each of those women. Come on guys can we just meet the mother already?

2. Being Human

The show about a vampire, a ghost and a werewolf living together is getting weird. First the ghost isn't a ghost anymore and if she sees anyone from before she died then they will die. The werewolf also isn't a werewolf anymore, but his girlfriend (that he turned) is one and so is the 15 year old orphan girl they have decided to take in. The vampire on the other hand is only the last vampire left in Boston because of a flu that affects humans and permanently taints their blood. Yeah, I just wrote all that and is sounds even crazier now that I think about it.

3. Continuum

The Canadian show airing on Syfy hasn't gained that much steam from it's new home and probably won't get a second season. So if you like to support Canadian television or just like good science fiction than find a way to check out this show.

T.T.T.TV (Jan. 28)

Tonight's Top Three on TV

Slow Night on the Tube

1. Being Human (Syfy 9/8c)

A werewolf, ghost and vampire all live together in nice house in the city. The only thing is that in this third season the werewolf has been cured and the ghost has been put back in her body. Bring Human tends to get a little crazy at about half way through the season, too bad we're not there yet.

2. Continuum (Syfy 8/7c)

Continuum is a Canadian show that got picked up to air in the United States on Syfy. Most Canadian shows that get picked up by the States is usually stripped of everything and then they try and make it a more regional show but that hasn't worked yet. This show is being left completly in tact which I think is a great idea.

The show is about a group of terrorists, in the year 2075, who instead of being executed hatched a plan to use the execution machine to send them back in time. Little did they know, that when they taveled back a cop (future cop?) was also sucked into the time machine. Now the lone future cop has to stop them before they take down the government, cause everyone loves the government.

3. Pawn Stars (History Channel 10/9c & 10:30/9:30c)

On a slow TV night what's better then watching a bunch of  rubes get swindled out of their money.
